1. How long does delivery take?

Our delivery time consists of:

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping time: 4–6 business days

  • Total delivery time: 5–8 business days (from order to delivery)

Orders placed after 14:00 GMT will be processed the next business day.


2. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
All shipping fees are shown before you complete your order — no hidden charges.


3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can follow your parcel’s journey directly on the courier’s tracking page.


4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
If you change your mind or wish to exchange an item, you may return it — however, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue free of charge.

5. How do I start a return or exchange?
