2. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return the item(s) within 30 days.

3. Exchanges
We offer product exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
In the case of an exchange:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item.

We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product once the exchange has been approved.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
