Refund Policy

At Melavore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please review the full terms below before initiating a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return the item(s) within 30 days.
Please note that:

  • Return shipping is not free of charge and is paid by the customer. All returns must be sent to our partner warehouse located in China

  • The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as customers remain responsible for parcels until received at our facility.


3. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
In the case of an exchange:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product once the exchange has been approved.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Please include photos and your order number when contacting us for faster assistance.


5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
